On September 26, 2026, the Rotary Club of Cubao West proudly participated in the Interact Club Leadership Learning Seminar through our adopted high school — Carlos P. Garcia High School — represented by 9 young Interactors. This seminar is part of Rotary’s commitment to develop young leaders through Interact — Rotary’s service club for youth aged 12-18.
HIGHLIGHTS OF THE SEMINAR:
Leadership Training: 9 Interactors from Carlos P. Garcia High School learned Rotary basics, Four-Way Test, leadership, teamwork, and Service Above Self.

Youth Empowerment: Students participated in workshops on project planning, public speaking, and community service — skills they will use to lead their Interact Club.

IMPACT & BENEFITS TO RCCW:
Youth Service Accomplishment: Active Interact Club = major points for Governor’s Visit and Vibrant Club Award.
Adopted School Partnership Strengthened: Carlos P. Garcia High School partnership goes beyond Brigada Eskwela — we now have youth leaders.
Future Rotarians: These 9 Interactors are future RCCW members — we are investing in the next generation of service leaders.
Legacy of Leadership: Aligned with your theme — from three generations of Rotarians to the next generation of Interactors — legacy continues.
The September 26 Interact Leadership Learning Seminar proves that RCCW’s legacy is not just about today, but about tomorrow. By investing in 9 young leaders from Carlos P. Garcia High School, we are building future Rotarians, future artists, and future service leaders with passion and purpose.
This will be highlighted as part of our Youth Service Accomplishments.
