Alay Paa at Kamay: Tungo sa Bagong Pag-asa Prosthesis Signature Project

Alay Paa at Kamay Tungo sa Bagong Pag-asa, a Prosthesis Project started in 1998 as Alay Paa Kamay Gabay ng Buhay, was founded by Past President Dr. Jojo Bernardo and Past President Dr. Santi Rodriguez.

It was sustained by PP Dr. Santi from then on every year until his appointment by Malacañang as head of the PSG Hospital. He was our perennial community service Chairman.

RCCW usually funds 1-2 patients per Rotary year until we finally got our first Global Grant through the initiative of our Past President, Atty. Jeff Alarilla.

Now we can cater to 20 or more patients with this Global Grant. It was launched on 02 September 2026 at the Philippines Children’s Medical Center on Quezon Avenue, QC, together with our partner, Physicians for Peace.
